We obtain personal information about you if you choose to provide it — for example, to contact mailboxes or to register for certain services. In some cases, you may have previously provided your personal information to BeFaster.fit (if you have already contacted us within the ICO). WPForms: This is a simple contact tool that is used to facilitate your communications to us via our Contact Us Page. All data that you submit via this tool is collected by our customer support and marketing teams to enable us to respond to your queries accordingly.

SEMRush: This is an analytical tool that is used to help us optimize our keyword content on site so that when you search relevant content via search engines then our articles and content can be displayed to you. It also serves as a technical indicator as to our site performance to help us ensure that our pages load quickly, smoothly and most importantly without errors.

OneSignal Push Notifications: This allows us the ability to serve you relevant notifications of products and services that you have expressed interest in. You can disable this functionality at any time of your choosing by clicking the bell icon in the bottom right hand corner of the BeFaster.fit site and pressing ‘Unsubscribe’.

How long we retain your data
Data supplied to us is held for a period relating to the specific purpose it was supplied in accordance to be used for. Information supplied to be used in a support capacity will be retained for a maximum period of up to 12 months. Information provided that is to be used in conjunction with marketing based purposes will be maintained for a period of up to 5 years. This data retention policy ensures that we only hold your personal data for the minimum period necessary to enable us to carryout requests sufficiently.

What rights you have over your data

BeFaster.fit reserves the right to make changes and updates to our privacy policy at any time.
